Life on the Line

We are on a journey. A journey that has taken us to the center of the world. We have received a calling to live in Ecuador this year, ministering with the staff of the Church of the Nazarene's Seminary in Quito. This is a record of our "life on the line."

Prayer Requests & Praises

More than anything else, we covet your prayers as we serve in Ecuador. Thank you for returning here to find regular updates on how you can pray with us!

(07/21/13) Thank you for praying for our final group of NILI students this semester. The girls integrated well into the culture and daily life of Ecuador and successfully completed all their coursework. We dropped them off at the airport early yesterday morning, and they have all arrived home safely.

(07/21/13) Please pray for David, one and a half year old son of Lucy, our NILI Director, and Salomon, our pastor. He hasbeen very sick over the past few weeks.

(07/21/13) Please pray for the two of us as we finish out our final week in Ecuador saying goodbye to friends and church family, cleaning our apartment, and packing. Please also pray for us as we prepare mentally and emotionally for the transition to life back in the United States.

(07/26/13) Please pray for the two of us as we seek employment in the Lexington, KY area. Hillary will be looking for a full-time social work position and Ian a part-time ministry position as a full-time student. Thank you!
